·       Lower absenteeism - Low absenteeism rates are often related to high employee retention levels. Employee engagement and attendance are enhanced when they feel that their work environment meets their needs and they are happy in their roles.

·       High profits - A company's ability to retain employees helps it become more profitable. Employees with expertise can be retained, and we can use their knowledge to promote innovation, raise service standards, and eventually increase revenue.
